While we are all still patiently waiting for the day when we can gather for group fitness classes, the COA’s fitness trainers are doing their best to keep you engaged and informed. Instructors are now offering weekly Zoom classes at no charge.
Pre-register for a Zoom class and join from the comfort of your own home. Upon registration, a Zoom link will be emailed to you; this link will grant you access to the live virtual fitness class with a COA fitness instructor.
If you are new to Zoom, the COA can assist you with downloading the Zoom app and showing you how to connect. Register for one-on-one Zoom support by calling (269) 445-8110.
