The Care Services Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Care Services team, helping ensure quality services for older adults throughout Cass County. Responsibilities include answering phones, maintaining client records, data entry, scheduling Home Care services, preparing forms and paperwork, supporting special projects and caregiver programs, and assisting with the daily operations of the department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
