Outside Cass County we are fortunate to have some of the finest medical facilities in the country.  Accessing them is not always easy, however.  The Cass County COA, via a group of dedicated volunteer drivers offers transportation to and from out-of-county medical appointments. 

Our dedicated transportation volunteers help to transport older adults and individuals with disabilities to and from out-of-county medical appointments.

If you have an out-of-county medical appointment that you need to get to, please contact the COA at (269) 445-8110 and ask for the transportation department.

Please note: if you are wheelchair-bound and need to use our wheelchair accessible van, please be sure to advise the transportation coordinator when setting up the appointment.
