Phyllis Howe returned to volunteer for her second year with the COA Tax Team. Since then, she has been an awesome asset to the COA. When Phyllis is not busy helping out with taxes, she typically can be found spending time working out in the COA Fitness Center or actively participating in one of our fitness classes.
