Barb Owen volunteered with the COA for over a decade, helping with events, bingo, and— her favorite—serving in our Lowe Center Café.

She recently returned to her role and brings her upbeat energy to every shift. Barb volunteers twice a week but never hesitates to jump in when extra help is needed. She truly loves greeting people and brightening their day.
