During the holidays it seems like we are faced with endless opportunities to gorge ourselves. We go to all those holiday parties and get-togethers and eat one too many cookies, candies, or desserts, or maybe one too many drinks. Then once January comes rolling around we are kicking ourselves for gaining those few extra pounds.

 

This is where the COA comes to your rescue. We have two great Fitness Centers, one in Cassopolis and the other in Dowagiac, all ready to help you. They are both filled with cardio and weight training machines. Besides the Fitness Center, the COA also offers many different types of fitness classes for all fitness levels. There are cardio aerobics classes, stretch, yoga, Zumba, tai chi, dance, and chair classes.

 

So come on in during December and stay ahead of the pounds. Our trainers will set you up with a great fitness routine. If December is too busy for you, that’s ok, we will wait for you with open arms come January.

 

Here at the COA, we realize that fitness can be an uphill battle. That is why during the months of January and February, the fitness challenge theme will be climbing Mount Never-Rest. Just like climbing a real mountain, you will never make it to the top unless you start at the bottom with one foot in front of the other.
