About this event

Most New Year's resolutions focus on becoming something you aren't. This year, consider starting with self-compassion instead: learn to be present, without judgement, to yourself, others, and your surroundings exactly as they are. We call this "Mindfulness Honey."

Mindfulness Honey doesn't mean abandoning other life or health goals. Rather it provides a framework to approach these goals from a place of compassion and self-worth.

Whether you are completely new to mindfulness meditation or already have an established practice, this course provides an opportunity to connect with others while learning simple ideas and behaviors that can have a profound impact on your life.

Each class session lasts one hour and includes instruction, discussion, practical application, and guided meditation.

This 8-week live online Zoom course begins January 17, 2022 and meets weekly on Mondays from 8:30 - 9:30 PM Eastern Time.

  • $80 for all 8 sessions    Use Code: COA2022 for 100% off
  • Scholarships available (email us at info@mindfulnesshoney.com)
  • Space is limited.

At the completion of the 8-week course, an optional 4-week add on session is available, which includes a deeper dive into the application of mindfulness to everyday life. Topics include relationships, communication, mindful fitness, and mindful eating. The add-on session meets weekly for 4 weeks on Mondays from 8:30-9:30 Eastern time, beginning Monday March 14, 2022 and running through Monday April 4. It is offered at no additional cost to those who have completed the 8-week course. An option to register for the 4-week add on session is available at checkout.
