Fitness Room
The fitness room is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays 8 a.m. to noon. Fitness room memberships are reasonably priced and available in one-month, three-month, and annual packages.
Fitness room staff can help plan personal fitness goals, and are trained to help those with special needs, from weight loss to recovery from illnesses or injuries. Please call or stop by for more information. |

A Walking Club will be taking advantage of the COA Walking Trail this spring and summer.
