Catering Information
Thank you for considering the Cass COA Food Service Department to cater your special event or function. The following information provides menu suggestions and prices. For more detailed information, please contact Food Service Director Glenn Barr at (800) 323-0390 or (269) 445-8110 ext. 247.
The COA Food Service Department is ready to help you plan your menu needs. The facility accommodates a variety of functions, from banquets for 200 to buffets, staff retreat / training, conferences, wedding receptions, birthday and anniversary parties.
The facility also lends itself to smaller, more intimate functions. Please refer to the Room Reservation Information Packet for more detail on room sizes, etc. |

Billing
There is a 20 percent gratuity plus 6 percent sales tax added (no sales tax for qualified non-profits) to all COA catered functions. The bill is based upon the number of meals ordered. Events catered by the COA’s Food Service Department will receive a 50% reduction in room rental fees. |

Additional Charges
There will be additional charges for use of the overhead projector, slide projector, VCR/TV, microphones, etc. Any costs incurred in renting other requested equipment or furnishings (linens, skirting, etc.) will be passed on to the user. |
