Support Groups
Cancer Support Group
The Cancer Support Group welcomes anyone affected by any type of cancer, and is led by a registered nurse at the COA. Open to anyone looking for support during the journey of cancer treatment.
- Meets the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
Caregiver’s Support Group
Caregiving can be stressful, no matter how rewarding it is. Support is here, and care can be provided for your loved one free of charge in our Adult Day Services center if prior arrangements are made.
- Meets the last Wednesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
Low Vision Support Group
Nearly 14 million Americans live with Low Vision. Get support and learn from others who are living with low vision.
- Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
MS Support Group
People with Multiple Sclerosis and their loved ones share support and learning opportunities in this free group.
- Meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
Parkinson’s Support Group
There are about 50,000 new cases of Parkinson’s Disease in the United States annually. This group provides support from others who are affected by Parkinson’s disease.
- Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
